Breakfast Carbs Counting Chart
I made this chart when we first started counting carbs so that both my husband and I would be able to quickly figure out the CH load for breakfast.
Adding the empty squares on the side of each column and laminating the chart, gave Mr T a chance to write the carbs for his chosen food there, add them all up and waaalaaa!
It soon become a game for him, while he was actually counting carbs and doing serious maths, all before breakfast, all by himself.
Being a laminated sheet, we would simply wipe off the scribbles and the chart would be ready for another day.
